Construction Design & Planning

In 2019, Hong Kong has over 10,000 old-aged buildings (with age 50 years and above). Around 3,700 of these buildings are in ‘varied’ and ‘poor’ condition. An effective strategy and efficient inspection methods need to be developed based on a comprehensive analysis of building condition. Tailored strategy and method may also be needed to deal with each age range of buildings.

Intelligent Construction

Floorings and walls of building under construction or interior renovation are usually uneven and require leveling. Filling the uneven gaps eliminates defects such as hollow spaces or cracks, and eventually provides a good foundation for further decoration work.
