Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment & Talent Development
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, with a focus on key universities in Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Build and maintain partnerships with university career centers, academic departments, and student organizations
- Plan and execute campus info sessions, job fairs, open days, and other talent outreach events
Diversify recruitment channels and strengthen employer branding among university students
New Media Operations & Brand Communications
- Manage content planning and daily operations of the Centre's WeChat Official Account, Video Channels, and other new media platforms
- Create recruitment posts, promotional articles, video scripts, and other communication materials
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns to enhance the Centre's visibility among target talent pools
Track and analyze new media performance data to continuously optimize content strategies
Marketing Event Support
- Participate in the planning and promotion of Centre events such as innovation camps, industry seminars, and exhibitions
Support other brand promotion and external relations activities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment, marketing, new media operations, or related fields
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China; existing university connections are a plus
- Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills; willing to travel regularly
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Experience in new media operations, familiar with the backend and operational rules of WeChat Official Account, Video Channels, and other platforms
- Strong copywriting skills, capable of independently creating recruitment posts and promotional content
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere)
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking
